United Economic Agreement among Cooperation Council Countries
Chapter 1: Commercial Exchange
Article 1
A. Member states shall permit the import of agricultural, animal and industrial products as well as natural wealth products of national origin and permits the export of these products to other members States.
B. All agricultural, animal and animal products and natural wealth products of national origin are treated as national products.
Article 2
1. All agricultural, animal and industrial products as well as natural wealth products of national origin shall be exempted from customs duties and those charges of similar effect.
2. Those charges collected in consideration for a specific service such as demurrage, storage, transport, freight or unloading charges are not deemed as duties if these are levied as national commodities.
