A Study about Raising Contribution of National Employment in Transferable Industries Sector
The Public Authority for Industry cooperated with Kuwait University to complete the study of raising contribution of the national employment in private sector for transferable industries with the objective of determining obstacles of raising contribution of the national employment in the targeted sector. This added to studying practical suggestions to raise this ratio to be in harmony with national employment support law together with the rats determined by civil service divan to assimilate the national employment private sector.
The study arrived at multiple recommendations able to raise the rates through selecting suitable professions for replacement along with making the work environment ready to magnify its benefit. In the professions of settlement, it recommended to settle 1500 jobs during five years in gradual manner, and in field of applying law, the government recommended to spend monthly reward top the employee during forcing military service and to give priority to training, and to linger in applying some law materials together with informative awareness with other materials.
In field of making the work environment ready, the most important recommendations were to minimize drawing to government work added to limiting new appointments, decreasing basic salary added to supporting technological development for transferable industries.
Finally, it recommended forming a team for following up execution of what was mentioned in this study from recommendations.
